House, Durham
Residential case study, Colorcoat Urban®
This beautiful home in Durham is one of the main features on the Colorcoat Urban® stand at the 2009 Grand Designs exhibition in Birmingham.
Fitting of any Grand Designs episode, this new build has been created around a wooden frame, blocked and then render finished.
It has a wonderfully modern feel, and the blend of colours is enhanced by the use of Colorcoat Urban®'s matching soffits and fascias, as well as the colour matched, Marley Alutec, boxer aluminium gutter.
The client has created a really fantastic home and is safe in the knowledge that if he wishes to incorporate a water harvesting system, solar or photovoltaic technologies to his home at a later date, his ‘future proof’ Colorcoat Urban® roof will be ready.
