Located near Colchester in Essex, the Lanswoodpark Business Centre offers commercial property and high-quality office, work and storage space. Work is still progressing on this development as the expansion work continues. With Phases 1, 2 and 3 completed, the latest Phase 4 Aster House has just completed and a further four phases are planned to follow.
The challenge
The build programme required a very high standard of specification and colour match was an important driver in creating a modern look for the external elevations of this project.
The solution
Over 2,000m2 of Building Systems UK (A Tata Steel Enterprise)’s insulated roof and wall panels were used in the construction of Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the development. Around 1,000m2 of Trisomet® 120mm panels in Colorcoat HPS200 Ultra® pre-finished steel in Goosewing Grey were used on the roof and nearly 1,100m2 of Trisomet® 80mm and Trimapanel® micro-rib 90mm panels in Colorcoat Prisma® in Ephyra were used on the wall elevations. The wall elevations were finished off with Anthracite soffits.
